The mission of the Finance Department is to provide world class financial accounting, treasury management, risk management, budgeting, reporting and strategic forecasting services, manage debt issuance and debt maintenance.

The GRFD Finance Department coordinates the annual audit of its financial records and issues a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for which it has received the prestigious Government Financial Officer’s Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
